Kkervvit specializes in high-end CNC subtractive manufacturing processes. We employ both 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery, which allows us to manufacture designs in a variety of scales and materials. Our turning process includes live tooling to create off-axis holes, flats, slots and grooves. Moreover we are able produce material blocks in house as well as to design and fabricate custom milling bits for special texturing or machining tasks.
Our experienced staff manipulates, rationalizes 3d models for machining and simulates the milling process in order to avoid errors and optimize machine runtime. We are able to execute large production cycles with high precision even for sophisticated items while making sure to maintain top product quality. Rhino
This is the CAD program we primarily use for design and modeling and CNC machining preparation of our client’s projects due to its compatibility with other environments. Rhino can create, edit, analyze, document, render, animate, and translate NURBS* curves, surfaces, and solids, point clouds, and polygon meshes. There are no limits on complexity, degree, or size beyond those of your hardware.
Alphacam
This is the CAM program we primarily use with our CNC machines.Alphacam is intelligent and intuitive CAD CAM Software for Woodworking, Metal & Stone Cutting. The emphasis behind Alphacam is to provide customers with productivity, reliability and flexibility. This can be found in all our modules which include Routing, Turning with 2-Axis to 5-Axis Machining.

Pade Spin
SPIN is the open beam structure work centre with 5 axes designed for precise complex machining operations on wood, plastic, aluminum and composite materials (such as CORIAN, HI-MAX and similar). It is ideal for the machining of pieces of medium size at high speed. Its sturdy and rigid construction allows very important stroke in Z axes.

PLYWOOD
A very consistent material with good stability, it is particularly useful thanks to its lightness and structure. It reduces the tendency of wood to split when nailed at the edges as well as reduces expansion and shrinkage, providing improved dimensional stability; This makes the strength of the panel consistent across all directions. We compose our plywood from carefully selected plies.
LAMINATES

Ayous (Obeche)
Easy to work, this species has limited mechanical resistance and good stability. Used as a substitute for several types of wood difficult to find. leo.
Birch
A wood of medium weight and hardness, highly elastic and very easy to work.
Ceiba (Fromager)
Low-density, suitable for non-structural elements, it is also used for plywood and external facings, for smooth surfaces without any knots or fillings.

Compact unrolled wood with good mechanical resistance especially when exposed to humidity
